With the Minnesota Vikings securing second place again and teams like the Falcons, Raiders, and Chargers rounding out the top five, the report card serves as a powerful tool for players to make informed decisions about their careers and for teams to identify areas for improvement in their quest to attract and retain top talent.

The NFLPA’s Disclaimer

The NFLPA collaborated with research experts at Artemis Strategy Group to provide guidance on best practices for conducting this survey. The survey was administered from August 26 to November 20, 2024, and was conducted online by Artemis Strategy Group. It was made accessible to every player on a 2024 NFL roster at the time of the survey, with a total of 1,695 players completing it. Players’ responses were collected anonymously, and they evaluated their current workplace based on their experience at their respective clubs. The survey included both closed-ended and optional open-ended questions.

Grades were calculated based on players’ answers to a series of survey rating questions across 11 categories. Each category grade was primarily determined by scores from scaled rating questions, though the grades also incorporated additional details about workplace conditions, such as the quality of club offerings. Teams were ranked within each category and overall according to their scores. A team’s overall score was derived from a weighted combination of grades for each of the 11 categories.

The content reflected the opinions of player respondents about the state of each club’s workplace. It is important to note that the information gathered from the survey reflected only the opinions of the 2024 players on each club roster who completed the survey.
